Felix Ip - comic and concept artist, illustrator and animation director from Hong Kong. Recent years, actively participated in the development of art toy. He is the former Creative and Movie Director for Imagi Animation Studios and Unicorn Animation Studios. Some of his major works included Zentrix, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, Astroboy and Monkey King Reloaded. In 2012, the martial art adapted novel comic Blood and Steel has won the Best Adult Comic Golden Dragon Award. In 2019, the illustration book HongKong Machines 1- which features a series of “rustic” robots with the infusion of his childhood nostalgic memories has won the Best Artbook Award in the Asia Pacific Animation & Comics category. The HongKong Machines series is the most popular among his works and greatly supported by the public and various enterprise. In 2023, this series is now expanding to overseas market such as Singa Machines, Malaysia Machines, Taiwan Machines as well as Thailand Machines. Recently the Blind Box series of HongKong Machines - Tourist has won the Gold Award at the Hong Kong Smart Design Competition.

Once upon a time on a small island located in Asia, due to his infinite passion towards robots. He decided to participate in an online campaign known as March of Robots! 2018 challenge on instagram. The idea was simple, to draw thirty-one robots every single day for a full month consecutively.
With his whimsical imagination and unique brush strokes; using public transportation as the main theme. Felix has created a series of fascinating robots with distinctive “Hong Kong” characteristics - HongKong Machines. What started off as a leisure project for himself has
transformed into something much bigger. His artworks have gained instant popularity across the social media platform.
Since then, HongKong Machines has successfully created a brand of its own and generated numerous business opportunities in various enterprise. In recent years, the brand is actively expending designer toy market sector.
